Amazing. I felt like I hadn’t had a dream since becoming a mum. But if I tell my brain/self/the air? I would like to remember my dreams when I awake I more often than not remember. It was a tip I learned from Jim Kwik.

The next trick is to get to my journal to write it down before mum life interrupts and I forget the gems.
