Food our fuel… more of the green team helped me ease sugar cravings.

Emotional eating during times of stress was a big thing for me too.

I totally get it. When our every day is mixed up with a loved ones care, our own self care takes a back seat.

Ticking off deep breathing, plenty of water and meeting nutritional needs helped me untangle and release the connection.
