We reduced meat in our house about a decade ago to a couple of times a month.

I am attempting flesh free February.

For me its has been a cultural block keeping me from a full vegan diet. Visits with the extended family mostly.

Also my daughter has anaphylaxis to nuts so it feels a little too limiting in some cases and we tend to be more vegetarian to vegan as a result. My youngest is a born meat addict though and craves the extended family feasts where she indulges.

I often wonder how much credit there is around blood types and diet.

My motivation is purely about energy. Great to read that it increased yours and your partners.
