It smelled absolutely delicious cooking… I didn’t have the right sized loaf pan to use, so it is a bit thin… but love it!

I don’t want to compare it to bread, because it isn’t “bread” as I know it… but geez it’s yum to have as an accompaniment to a Sunday brunch plate…when rest of the family has fresh sourdough!!

Rest to go in the freezer for indulging in next weekend.
