When I was pregnant with my youngest, I had gestational diabetes. The nutritionist told me and other ladies in the room to consume low fat options.
I couldn’t bite my tongue. I said you realise that the low fat variations usually contain more sugar.
I was quickly hushed.
I stopped listening to their diet advice at that point.
They lost all credibility to me.
