Last week I received a letter from my Aunty in the post. A handwritten note and an article she had cut out of a magazine she thought I would relate to.

I felt her energy and love while holding the paper she used and reading her neatly written words.

It made me appreciate what she was saying so much more.

The effort to cut something out, write a note and post it to me (especially since her local area was filled with smoke from bushfires at the time she posted it) made me feel a deeper connection that would have been lost if she had just emailed me.
