Another interesting thought I have come across along the way is how our food is grown commercially. It is not always how nature intended it to be.
When the soil is not “living” the nutrients that the food would get from the soil, water and sun are not transferred into the food. Thus the energy within our food is not what it used to be either.
The fertilisers, antibiotics used in agriculture animals and their manure no longer attracting the organisms to the soil for the crops to grow in a balanced way. The cycle is no longer circular— we are controlling it, making it more labour intensive and breaking the flow of nature….which also affects the resulting food.
