Yes! The comfort to me always relates back to my family too.

My Nan in particular - eat, eat eat. All the food she prepared with love. It was like refusing her love if we didn't accept it.

Eric Edmeades is another name I have come to rely on for my transition with food.

I have to admit, I am not completely sugar free. I do still indulge from time to time.... But it is getting rarer. Each time I notice the difference in my energy levels and moods.
