Yes — when it happens it is beautiful.

A big challenge for me in the development cycle I was in, was communication.

In terms of timely communication, language barriers and consistent follow-up and direction.

I completely understand processes with tech development are fluid, but unless the whole team is on the same page, clarity is completely lost and members are all deluded to think we are achieving the same goal, only to find out at the last moment, our efforts were competing against each other and delays are experienced…not to mention deflated mindsets as prior efforts seem futile.

To re-energise time and time again to met expectant deadlines while also “proving” methods drains the whole team. The loss of key players extremely costly.

Although I left the game, I am still interested to learn how I could have done better. I look forward to reading more about your suggestions on simplification.
